How many people do you need to book a detour?
Tours are available from a minimum of 2 people.
This format is ideal for:
- Couples
- Friends
- Small groups
As a result, you can enjoy a relaxed and personalized Loire Valley guided tour.
For larger groups or specific requests, feel free to contact me via the contact form to create a fully tailored experience.
What payment methods are accepted?
Tours can be paid for in the following ways:
- By bank transfer (at least 10 days before the tour date)
- or in cash, on the day of the tour
This way, you can easily plan your Loire Valley guided tour with complete peace of mind.

What are the cancellation policies for a booked guided tour?
Cancellation policies depend on how far in advance you cancel your tour.
In general:
- Cancellations made well in advance may allow for rescheduling or a refund, depending on the booking terms
- however, late cancellations or no-shows on the day of the tour may result in a full or partial charge
As a result, each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For any cancellation or modification request, I recommend contacting me as soon as possible to explore the available options, such as rescheduling your tour based on availability.
Are admission tickets to the castles included in the guided tour?
Admission tickets, castle tours, and wine-tasting experiences are not included in the package and are at your own expense. Depending on the package you choose, I will send you all the necessary information so you can plan your visit with complete peace of mind!
How long does a visit usually last?
A guided tour typically lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.
In addition, multiple tours can be combined within the same day, with an adjusted rate for a full-day experience in the Loire Valley.
As a result, I can tailor each Loire Valley guided tour to your preferences and specific requests.
In which languages are guided tours available?
Guided tours are primarily offered in French, but can also be arranged in English to accommodate international visitors. Depending on availability and upon request at the time of booking, other languages may sometimes be arranged for groups or private tours.
